1. Purpose of this website

This website presents the Food.pt domain and lets visitors contact eLand, Lda to request its asking price and possible acquisition terms. It is an invitation to enquire and negotiate. Purchases and payments cannot be completed on this website.

The offer concerns the domain. Images, videos and examples of platforms, brands or publications are illustrative concepts. They do not represent an operating business, customers, revenue or traffic included in the acquisition. Services, content, trademarks or other assets are included only if expressly identified in a subsequent agreement.

2. Information requests

The form requires a name and email address. Company or project details and comments are optional; comments are limited to 5000 characters. Before sending the request, visitors must confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Pressing “Send request” transmits the data to a function hosted on Netlify, which validates the request and sends it to buy@food.pt through eLand, Lda’s email server. Confirmation appears only after the server accepts the message. Sending the request or acknowledging the documents does not create a contract, reserve the domain or commit anyone to a purchase.

Visitors should provide accurate contact details and information relevant to their enquiry. The form must not be used for abusive messages, spam or unlawful content.

3. Any subsequent acquisition

Availability, price, applicable taxes and charges, the scope of the acquisition, payment terms and the change of ownership must be confirmed in the commercial agreement between the parties.

Transfer depends on fulfilment of that agreement and the procedures applicable to .pt domains. Future renewals and services needed to operate the domain are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The examples do not promise commercial results, search rankings or suitability for a particular activity. Interested buyers should assess their intended use and any relevant third-party rights.

4. Content and operation

The content is provided to present this opportunity. Use of images, videos, text or other elements outside this website is subject to applicable rights and, where required, the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Access interruptions or inaccuracies may occur. Please report problems to buy@food.pt so they can be reviewed. Information relevant to an acquisition should be confirmed in writing. These Terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy describes the use of contact data and browser storage choices. The form’s reading acknowledgement is not permission for marketing. Remembering the language is optional and can be reviewed through “Cookie settings”.

6. Applicable law and changes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory rules and the rights of the visitor, including when acting as a consumer. Questions about this website may be sent to buy@food.pt.

The date on this page identifies the current version. Changes apply to future use of the website and do not, by themselves, amend commercial agreements already made.
